In the new mode of transition, towards democratization, the new Egyptian government is moving forward, in a large step to further process genuine democracy, the principles of human rights and social equality (majority rule).
The predecessors of the old rotten autocratic Egyptian government has indicated in an public announcement that there will be changes in the countries foreign policy, making preparations to open up the Rafah border crossing, to ease its shameful blockade on Gaza, its Palestinian neighbor.

The Rafah border crossing has remained largely shut since June 2006 when the Zionist Israel imposed a blockade on Gaza. The blockade was tightened 2007, after that the popular political party of Hamas won a landslide victory in the latest democratic - and - monitored Palestinian elections.

Hamas became the governing authority of the Palestinian territory of Gaza, after ousting some Fatah forces, loyal to the Israeli alley; United States – which together with some “Western” countries, financially and military began its backing of the West Bank Palestinian Authority ruled by Fatah, in an attempt to weakening and crush Hamas.

The new Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Al-Araby stated some days ago, in an interview with Al-Jazeera, that the Rafah border terminal will be permanently open in a few days  - "an important step to help ease the blockade on Gaza, that would allow people and goods to enter and exit the Gaza Strip”- Nabil Al-Araby said.

Earlier this year, in growing frustration and rage, with great courage, millions of Egyptians in an uprising, began a country sweeping protest against the hated rule of President Hosni Mubarak and his authoritarian regime.

The American-backed tyrant had since 1981 been policing US-Israeli geopolitical interests in the Middle East region, causing enormous suffering and death in Egypt and across the region, including support of and the participating in the criminal enforcement of the Israelis extreme quarantine of the Palestinian people.A blockade which has continued still, to this very day, causing a horrendous impact on the entire infrastructure of Gaza.

The old corrupt rulers of the Egyptian government  has for decades served the interests of the U.S. government  which have considered Hosny Mubarak one of its most important and trusted allies.

The American taxpayers have provided Egypt,a client state for US imperialism, with billions of dollars in aid, fully aware of the Mubarak’s regime savage repression, torture and robbery of the Egyptian people.

Welcoming the good news, the Gaza Authority official in charge of border crossings in Gaza, Hatem Ewidah, is stressing  that  it is "important to open the commercial crossing with Egypt" in order to reduce the crippling impact of the blockade.

Within its 25 miles of borders to Gaza, Egypt has been able to suppress political protests by Egyptian and international activists opposing the siege of Gaza. The Rafah border is the only way in and out of Gaza which does not pass through the Zionist enterprise Israel.

Egypt, open up your border - its time to show off your independence - and your courage - don't let us down again !
